How does it work?

Visiting for the first time?

When you arrive, our friendly team of staff will welcome you and guide you through the process. They’ll help you choose the most suitable equipment for your needs and provide full training so you can use it safely and confidently.

Test Driving a Scooter

Trying a scooter for the first time? No problem – a quick test drive only takes a couple of minutes.

One of our team members will chat with you to help decide which scooter best suits your needs. They’ll ask a few simple questions like:

  • Have you driven a scooter before?

  • How confident are you with using one?

  • What kind of journey do you plan to make?

This helps us make sure you feel comfortable and safe before heading out.

ID Requirements

All new members – including new temporary members – are required to bring two forms of identification:

  • One with photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence)

  • One with proof of address (e.g. utility bill, council tax statement)

Membership & Pricing

We offer a flexible system to suit different levels of use:

  • Membership Scheme – Pay an annual membership fee and benefit from reduced hire rates each time you use a piece of equipment.

The maximum weight of a lightweight mobility scooter can vary depending on the model and brand. The maximum weight on a standard mobility scooter typically ranges from 110kg- 147kg (17st-23st), while heavy-duty models can accommodate users up to 204kg (28st) or more. Please check the weight bearing limit on the scooter.
