Carers Yoga
Our Carers Yoga classes are available both face-to-face and online, exclusively for unpaid carers registered with WIRED. These sessions provide a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, offering a much needed break and time for yourself from the responsibilities of being an unpaid carer.
Yoga is renowned for its numerous benefits, including reduced stress, improved fitness and enhanced mental clarity.
This is a great opportunity to nurture your wellbeing and connect with a supportive community of fellow carers.
These sessions are free of charge to all unpaid carers registered with WIRED.
Face-to-face Yoga

Location: All Things Must Pass Centre for Wellness, 140b Borough Road, Wallasey, CH44 6NH
A yoga mat is provided at the sessions so do not worry about bringing your own. The centre also provides free hot drinks after the session where you will have an opportunity to have a chat to one of our carer connectors as well as other attendees.
