| Alzheimer’s Society |
Dementia Advisers provide vital one-to-one support for everybody affected by dementia, whether that’s someone with a diagnosis, or someone who cares for them. They are there to provide advice and assistance throughout your dementia journey. Their website is www.alzheimers.org.uk and contains various resources, including their Dementia Support Forum: a helpful online community where anyone who is affected by dementia can receive valuable support. |
